1 General Provisions and Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The okyk website, mobile version, and all services connected to it.
• "Account" — Each user's own registered profile.
• "Balance" — The amount of money held in your account.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or free benefits provided by okyk.
• "Bet" — Money spent to participate in a game or event.
• "Wagering" — The requirement to place bets a set number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

These Terms apply to everyone using the service from Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the okyk platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

At the time of registration, you confirm the following:

• No other account exists in your name.
• You are using your own identity and funds — not those of a third party.

2.3 Verification

okyk may at any time request your identity documents, bank statements, or any other documents under the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security and Password

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. okyk will never ask for your login details via email or live chat.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Avoid logging in from public computers or someone else's phone without an authorized device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• If any unusual activity is detected in your account, we may take protective measures.

okyk will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on okyk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods).

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Deposit amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. For accounts with completed verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held pending in cases of incomplete verification.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during an investigation into unusual activity.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.

4.3 Fraud and Money Laundering Prevention

okyk follows an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended and a necessary investigation will be conducted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the total balance (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 10 times (10x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• Each user can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After the bonus is credited, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.

5.2 Other Promotions

6 VIP Program

The okyk VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — Up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP tier progression is determined based on regular activity and active participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. okyk reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okyk platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Placing bets using minimal-risk strategies to meet bonus requirements (bonus hunting).
• Stealing another user's information or hacking.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities through okyk's services.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users.
• Misconduct toward okyk staff.

In the event of a violation of these rules, okyk reserves the right to suspend or close any account and forfeit associated funds at any time.

8 Gaming and Betting Rules

8.1 Game Operations

All games displayed on the okyk platform are operated by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others). Game results are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are completely impartial.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an abnormal or undetermined game result, the bet for that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. Abnormal jackpots or prizes displayed during a technical error will not be considered valid.

8.3 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed in the sports betting section (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) according to the designated rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with okyk's own policy, and stakes will be refunded where applicable.

9 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Closure and Changes to Terms

13.1 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed.

13.2 Closure by okyk

okyk reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of the Terms, fraudulent activity, or for security purposes.

13.3 Updates to Terms

okyk may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.

14 Dispute Resolution
